Traditional Owners (TOs) of Great Barrier Reef have only limited participation in the $6 billion reef tourism industry, despite being well-positioned to take advantage of their connection to country and experience.<\/p>\n
Prof Henrietta Marie and her team from CQ University aim to discover why this situation persists and develop pathways for TOs to get involved with Great Barrier Reef tourism, both through established businesses and new indigenous-led ventures.<\/p>\n
